Citizen News
This historic Art Deco building is the site of the former Hollywood Citizen-News, a newspaper that ran until 1970. The 1930s-era multi-performance entertainment venue is strategically located on Wilcox Ave., one block from Sunset Boulevard between the Thompson and Tommie Hotels. Inside the Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument is Chef Evan Funke’s Mother Wolf, one of the city’s most celebrated restaurants.

Hollywood Central
This transformative, hospitality-driven environment will create a new type of community with smart, efficient living spaces alongside hotel-like luxury amenities in a walkable neighborhood filled with innovative dining and nightlife experiences. There will be 800 residential units, 50,000 square feet of hospitality and retail, and 30,000 square feet of Class A office space across 3.65 acres.

The Schrader Hotel is entitled for 191 keys and 5500 square feet of retail, a coffee bar, and rooftop lounge space.

Mother Wolf
Mother Wolf is Chef Evan Funke’s homage to the culinary heritage of La Cucina Romana, and currently one of the city’s most sought after reservations.

Tao
Tao Los Angeles is a dynamic 300-seat restaurant featuring Pan-Asian dishes developed by Chef Ralph Scamardella in a lounge, bar, and main dining room anchored by a 16-foot Quan Yin statue.

Beauty & Essex
Located adjacent to the Dream Hollywood, Beauty & Essex is part of Tao Group Hospitality and features Chef Chris Santos’ signature multi-ethnic dishes. A pawn-inspired retail shop with an eclectic selection of vintage jewelry, custom musical instruments, and one-of-a-kind art serves as the restaurant entrance that opens to a double height main dining room illuminated by a 20-foot oval skylight.

Highlight Room
The Grill restaurant on the rooftop of the 10-story Dream Hollywood hotel offers sprawling views and fresh California fare amid luxurious poolside cabanas. When the sun sets, the 11,000 square foot venue transforms into the Highlight Room lounge and club.

Bar Lis
High above the heart of Hollywood sits Bar Lis, a chic rooftop lounge that captures the iconic spirit and style of the French Riviera. Patrons here are immersed in a sophisticated mix of classic South of France culture and modern Southern California ease.

Desert 5 Spot
Located in the Tommie Hotel, Desert 5 Spot is the new rooftop bar that brings to life the vibe of vintage Palm Springs, inspired by Joshua Tree hideouts, throwback roadside motels, and cosmic Americana.

Ka’teen
Located at the Tommie, Ka’teen is a fresh take on the ancient cuisine of the Yucatan Peninsula by Chef Wes Avila.
